Most of my series are based on the examination of global industrial technologies that have a decisive effect on our everyday life and way of thinking. It could be for example offset printing, die-cutting, colour design, powder coating, or as more recently, a similarly strict and sterile phenomena of golf. The experimental aspiration beyond the boundaries of standards and dresscodes usually lead to mutation. When control slips our of hand, it opens up space for more organic potentials inherent in these usually untouchable processes and venues; and that’s how I can also find new opportunities, energies and concepts for creation.
