Spaces for rent

Studio rental

We offer studios and offices between 20 and 80 m² and also storage spaces for long term renting.

The studios have LED lighting and wall heating/cooling, and our communal areas and roof terrace are free to use. You can eat and drink in our gastro-courtyard at the Patisson Kitchen.

Parking is free at the P+R at Hárosi station, 6 minutes walk from aqb. Limited parking in the courtyard.

We welcome applications from artists and creative companies who would like to work in the creative community of aqb.

Venue rental

The buildings of the former Haggenmacher Brewery in Budafok are a fascinating and diverse location. From the 400 m² wooden gallery to the several thousand m² cellar tunnels, the environmentally renovated industrial complex offers the most varied options for photo shoots, film shoots, small conferences, larger dinners, parties or cultural events and workshops.
