Leonard Senholdt is an artist and architect based in Vienna. Born in Cologne he later studied Architecture in Alfter (B.A.) and in Munich at the Academy Of Fine Arts (M.A.). There, he is currently studying Fine Arts to refine his approach to the relationship between art and architecture.
Understanding the two disciplines as interdependent, he merges them into one single process with varied outcomes.
At the core of his work lies the creative process itself, with a strong focus on spatial qualities such as light and shadow, structure and materiality, colour and perspective.
These elements take shape as abstract paintings and drawings, sculptural installations, or architectural designs.
