Ana Vuko is a freelance photographer and visual communications designer based in Zagreb, Croatia. She completed Bachelor study degree in Design at IUAV university of Venice, Italy and obtained the Master’s degree in Visual Communications at Design Department at the Faculty of Architecture in Zagreb.

She was the Landscape category award runner up at the Rovinj Photodays 2021 festival and has won the Special Mention Award at the Exhibition of Croatian Design in 2018.
She participated at various curated international and local collective exhibitions and festivals.
Her interest in photography was articulated since childhood, and has developed an affinity for photographic storytelling during her studies and continued to develop through artistic and conceptual photography workshops and masterclasses.

In photography, her main interest is research of the notion of landscape with the focus on places and transmission of their synaesthetic experience, as well as contemplating their connection with the universal and her own internal states. In art she explores the boundaries of the media and questions the established forms of landscape and photography.
