ALEKSANDRA NOWAKOWSKA (PL) - Studying at the Institute of Applied Theatre Studies, Choreography and Performance in Giessen (Germany), a graduate of the Dance Theatre Department in Bytom at the Academy of Theatre Arts in Krakow and Social Arts at the Institute of Contemporary Art (University of Warsaw). Recipient of a DAAD scholarship in the field of Performing Arts. Her recent works include: the solo performance CORPUS, which premiered at the FUTUROPHONY Festival at the Baltic Opera in Gdańsk. Author of the project City by Touch, focusing on the body in urban space. Associated with the Teatr na Faktach theatre at the Grotowski Institute, which focuses on documentary theatre and the verbatim method. Participant in the ‘School of Social Dramaturgs’ with Artur Pałyga at Stół Powszechny in Warsaw.
