As the first accompanying program of the Recipe exhibition, aqb Project Space invites you to the Spätzle Workshop, led by Zoé Hegedüs, chef and food designer, along with the exhibiting German artists Diana Galli, Marlene Franz Bautz, Aki Kiefer, and Barbara Karrer.

During the workshop, participants will develop new types of kitchen tools from various materials and explore creative dining experiences through their collective use. The collaborative process will culminate in a communal dinner atmosphere where functionality, aesthetics, and taste merge.
