My weaving studio is not only a place where I create handwoven textiles, but also where I can introduce the wonderful world of weaving to others. I teach weaving and I welcome absolute beginners and advanced weavers as well. I believe and also see it day by day that weaving can help the participants to get out of the grind of everyday life so that they can experience a day of magic.
Currently there are three modern and one 130 years old weaving loom in my studio. There are many things I like about weaving, including that it gives the weavers a great sense of success even as a beginner. I can see the joy on the faces while they are creating their own, unique handwoven materials.
Even a beginner can weave a simpler scarf or shawl in a day. Should you be interested in hand weaving, and would like to wear a unique scarf in your neck, or have a one-of-a-kind cushion on your sofa, let me know, I will be happy to welcome you at my weaving studio.
