I believe that every individual possesses the potential for growth, change, and self-actualization. As a coach and mental health professional, I guide those who strive for a deeper understanding of themselves, the discovery of their inner resources, and the pursuit of an authentic life.

In September 2025, I opened my coaching studio within the art quarter budapest arts center. I chose this location because art echoes the core of my calling: that existence is not mere function, but the complementary and elevating interplay of content and form, light and shadow. It is within this environment and energy that I welcome those looking to work on themselves or find refuge through focused attention and supportive containment.
