Erosion Studies is a new body of work made in response to geological and architectural surfaces in Budapest and the immediate surrounds of aqb. Layers of utilitarian discarded and placeless textiles have become sites for excavation; where new forms are found by cutting through to imagined depths.
Resident artist, Lucy Irvine will present a studio talk followed by the viewing of new works in the aqb grounds.
